ISO 9000:2000 Standards Training
1-day session.
An element-by-element look at the standards and what must be done to comply. Workbooks and handouts provided.
Gap Assessment
3-days typical
This identifies the "Gaps" between your current status/system and the requirements. A Gap Assessment Findings Report is provided.
Documentation Development Training
2-day session
Learn what parts, if any, of existing documentation can be used, how to map workflows, how to document current procedures and work instructions. Manual & Procedures provided on a PC disk.
Documentation Development Support
3-days typical
Hands-on support provided to critique your documents, offer recomendations and ensure compliance to the ISO requirements is maintained.
Internal Audit Training
1 to 4 day session options
Learn how to effectively perform internal audits and identify nonconformities. Learn the role of the Lead Auditor, how Corrective Actions are properly documented and worked to closure. Workbooks and handouts provided.
Pre-Assessment
3-days typical
Compares "Gaps" closed to the ISO/QS standards and is conducted prior to the Third Party Audit. A written report identifying discrepencies with an action plan is provided.
Final Compliance Audit
2-days
If needed, this audit provides the final "dry run" needed to pass the Third Party Registration Audit.
